TERMS AND POLICIES

Tranquility and Renewal


In order to reserve your appointment session, payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment day and time. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Payment plans are available for select services and classes (a deposit may be required in some cases).

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure a relaxed start to your treatment.

Late Appointments
Arriving late to your appointment may result in limitations to service(s) rendered. While quality will always remain a top priority, we will only be able to work within the remaining time. In respect to our other clients, arriving late to your appointment may result in a shorter treatment time. Treatment will be rendered for the remaining treatment time at the full cost of the service scheduled.

Cancellations/No Show
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equaling the cost of the service scheduled. Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged the price of the scheduled service(s). We recognize that our time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

Rescheduling
Your scheduled spa services are reserved just for you. If there is a need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours in advance notice so that we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedule. We will allow you to reschedule the service up to and no more than 1 time.

Classes
It is important that you understand that due to the nature of our classes and services, and the time spent preparing for each class, we do not issue refunds for missed or cancelled classes unless Satori Spa Retreat is responsible for the cancellation. We will, however, allow you to reschedule the class up to and no more than 1 time.

Personal Belongings
We recommend leaving valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items during your visit. Lockers are available for your convenience.

Health Considerations
Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. This information helps us tailor your experience to your specific needs.

Comfort
If at any point during your treatment you feel discomfort or would like adjustments made, please don't hesitate to communicate with your therapist. Your comfort is our priority.

Quiet Environment
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you silence your electronic devices upon arrival and keep noise to a minimum.

Feedback
We value your feedback and strive to continuously improve our services. Please feel free to share any comments or concerns with our staff either during or after your visit.
